You don’t need a car. It’s just an easy 15-minute $20-$30 Uber/Lyft from San Diego International Airport. But, if you’re driving, there’s plenty of free parking at Paradise Point.

UPLIFT will begin at 9am on Thursday, 1/22, and end at 4pm on Friday, 1/23. If you’re flying, you’ll want to arrive on Wednesday, 1/21.

This is YOUR retreat, so wear what makes you feel fabulous, but also something you can sit in comfortably throughout the day. At past UPLIFTs, we’ve leaned toward business casual on day one and casual casual on day two. Bring a swimsuit if you want to take a dip in one of the five beautiful pools or hot tubs.

Each UPLIFT is unique and shaped by the participants. You'll complete a survey at registration and the responses we receive will shape the conversation. Here is a draft of the 2026 agenda.

Registration is non-refundable. Registration is fully transferable to another woman in advancement. Contact us at [email protected] with the new registrant's information.

If a pandemic or act of nature occurs that makes the event on 1/22 & 1/23 impossible, we’ll do everything we can to reschedule within 2026. If the event must be cancelled, we’ll do everything we can to a) refund a minimum of 50% of registration or b) fully transfer 100% of your registration to another date in 2027.
