You'll join fundraisers from across the country to discuss specific challenges you're facing, brainstorm solutions and set intentions for at least one new idea or skill you’ll implement going forward. Enrollment is limited to 20 to give every participant time to ask questions, provide insight and get support from peers. Topics include:
- Inspire Radical Ownership: Clarify when trust, belonging and celebration are in action & out of alignment. Consistently inspire core values & principles.
- Propel Productivity: Tackle challenges around giving/receiving feedback and have more confident conversations with your team.
- Grow Talent:Â Explore soft skills & core competencies necessary to meet metrics. Consistently review contact reports to help your team continuously grow.
- Build Momentum:Â Learn strategies to balance leading & fundraising. Decide what is most important to do at your organization and how to maintain momentum.Â
A One-on-One Coaching Session
You'll have the opportunity to schedule one 45-minute one-on-one coaching session with Generous Change to dig deep into any challenge, question or big project you're facing.

You'll receive access to the video library upon enrollment and can watch and re-watch the eight tactical videos created specifically for the unique skills and challenges required of fundraising leaders. Topics include:
- How & why to review visit reports with your fundraisers.
- Powerful, productive one-on-one meetings: What to do before, during & after individual meetings with your fundraiser.
- The why & how of metrics and goal-setting.
- Tips for giving tough feedback and celebrating success for more meaningful performance reviews.
